The Heart Foundation

The Heart Foundation is an independent, Australia-wide, not-for-profit health organization, funded almost entirely by donations from Australians. It strives to improve the heart health of Australians and reduce disability and death from heart, stroke, and blood vessel disease. Over the past 20 years the Heart Foundation had struggled with its reputation development and was having difficulty being heard in the cluttered charity environment. With over 35,000 charities operating in the not-for-profit sector, it was critical that the Heart Foundation be firmly in the minds of Australians.
